With all the weddings I have had on lately I have been a bit slack about putting up some of our portrait work, so I am making up for it with this post – enjoy!
Aria the gorgeous little baby below was down from Sydney for her Christening so Hayley & John (who’s wedding we did back in 2004) took the opportunity to get some pictures to mark the occasion. We got some beautiful shots and also one of the funniest baby photos I have taken, take a close look at Aria’s face and hand gesture in the first family photo it’s a classic.
We have had a few enquiries from Sydney families about doing shoots so JD Digital Photography are coming to Sydney. What a classic! we didn’t even realise until going back through the photos
Olivia is a sweet 18month old that we photographed a few weeks ago and was great fun, it was hard to get a shot where she wasn’t smiling which is always a bonus.
It was hard work but we finally got a shot with the family dog, he wasn’t really interested in being in front of the camera.
Ella is one of the most expressive little girls I have photographed, that coupled with the fact that she had beautiful blue eyes made my job quite easy.

Bailey is an old hand at getting his photo taken as this is his second shoot, we photographed his parents Chris & Emma’s wedding a few years ago. It is great catching up with our past wedding couples and capturing the next chapter in their lives.
We went down to Ringwood lake for the shoot and Bailey had a great time exploring around the playground.
The Slattery family won a voucher we donated to their school fundraising night so we headed down to a park in Vermont South and got some great shots of them all. The kids had a great time and we managed to get some fun natural shots for them to display in their home.
