It is hard to find time to take photos for myself but I think it is important as it keeps me sharp and helps my photography evolve. The latest project I am working on with the aim of doing an exhibition of limited edition prints is titled ‘Dreamscapes’.
The idea has evolved over time, I wanted to create art pieces that people could get lost in – part voyeuristic with mystique and wonderment. The basic idea behind it is nudes in the landscape taken with a bellows lens to get a distorted feel but that wasn’t enough, I also wanted people viewing the images to think about each image, what the meaning is and what it is trying to say.
Here is a little sneak peak at one of the finished images taken on the first shoot for this project at Kalorama on sunrise, feedback welcome.
