Spring Portraits

Winter is now behind us and spring is in the air which is great for business! We have been busy shooting family portraits all over Melbourne the last month so I thought I would share a couple of recent shoot with you. Our wedding season really kicks into gear after grandfinal weekend and as a result we are almost booked up on weekends for the year. If you or anyone you know would like a portrait shoot done before Christmas then it needs to be booked asap so just call the studio on 9733 4854 for a chat.

We do most of our family and Child portrait sessions outdoors as they are more relaxed and we are able to capture them playing and their personalities really shine. It makes for a much more natural portait than in a studio environment.

Kids Portraits Melbourne

With weddings being so quite over the cooler months we have been busy doing kids and family portraits around Melbourne. Most people think Summer would be the best time of year to get these done but with the beautiful light and the colour in the landscape this time of year is perfect. If you were thinking of getting some portraits done this year give us a call at the studio as we are pretty much booked up most of the last 4 months of the year with weddings so before September would be a great time to get them done. For the first 5 people who call up and mention this blog we will do the shoot for free (normally $185).

Outdoor Kids Portraits

Below are some recent kids portraits we have taken at various parks around the eastern suburbs on Melbourne. Winter is a brilliant time to get portraits done outside as the light is soft which really makes the colours pop. As you can see outdoor portraits work well with kids as they can run around and be themselves and their true personalities come out in the pictures.

We are more than likely going to be booked up for July-September in the next few weeks so if you are thinking of getting a JD family portrait done it is best to book soon.
